The ENKI Brewing Taproom is our take on a neighborhood gathering place. Our open, comfortable atmosphere and expansive bar invite you to take a seat and spend quality time in beautiful Victoria.

Drive up or peddle in to experience all we have to offer! Order a cold beer straight from our brew house and tasty bites from our very own kitchen.

Let’s Get to Know Each Other

Built from brick and mortar in 1914, the ENKI brewery began in what was once the Victoria Creamery. Following three years of exciting growth, it was time to expand. Today, ENKI is located in a newly renovated warehouse on Stieger Lake Lane, just down the street from our original home.

Comfortable and inviting, the Taproom is the perfect spot for date night, large scale celebrations and everything in between. Soak up the Summer sun on our dog-friendly Backyard Beer Garden or on the deck straight off of the Taproom.

The Brewery is easily accessible via Highway 5 and mere steps off the Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail. Our ultimate goal is to make both wonderful beer and great friends; we look forward to you becoming a Friend of ENKI. Whether you choose to sit and chat over a few pints or bring a Big Can home, we look forward to a beautiful friendship.
