Mission
ENKI Brewing is the 20+ year culmination of the friendship between two beer lovers, John Hayes and Dan Norton. ENKI’s mission is to “Make the World a Friendlier Place – Two Beers at a Time” just as John and Dan have been enjoying and sharing beers with old and new friends, alike.

Perfectly situated near the shores of Steiger Lake in Victoria, MN, the ENKI Brewing taproom offers an open atmosphere, fun for both intimate dates and large groups. Drive up or peddle out to experience all we have to offer. Tours available by reservation. We're open the following hours...

You can find our tap handles popping up in local bars and restaurants throughout the Metro area! We also sell our kegs to liquor stores for those of you with home keg systems. We often have activities going on in the tap room like bingo and special beer release events. Beyond our tap room walls, ENKI Brewing participates in festivals, special events, and samplings all throughout the metro area. Come join us for a beer and to make some new friends.
