Our latest brew! Part beer, part cider, Eden’s Apple Ale is a unique addition to the ENKI draft tower. It’s a farmhouse style-ale, with apple cider locally sourced and pressed just west of Victoria, MN. You’ll notice a complex balance of tart apples, spice, and malt, and a mildly sour finish. It’s funky, but in the best way!
