Every Friday, we tap a single craftsman’s batch keg, where we take a current beer and pair it with new, exciting ingredients. Sometimes we use fresh hops, sometimes fruit or herbs, or even candy. You name it, we’ll probably try it.
Today, we’re pouring something a little bit different. This time, we’re making a beer cocktail, our own take on the South Dakota Cocktail! Victoria’s Gold, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce…we’re calling it REDBEER, or, if you prefer, “Bloody Beer.” This will probably go quick, so get adventurous and give it a try!
